Michael Harper
My inspiration is fueled by vibrant sunsets, the movement of water and clouds, the beauty of the human form, and the contours of our inner world. Working with oil and acrylic, I often combine abstraction with realism. After retiring from a business consulting career in 2019, took a half dozen workshops at the Peninsula School of Art in Fish Creek, Wisconsin and began painting full time in 2021. My work has appeared at the Hardy Gallery, Wood Walk Gallery, Peninsula School of Art and Chez Cheryl Gallery.
