Sponsorship Guidelines

The deadline for submissions is February 19, 2018

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

PRESENTING: $275

A Presenting Sponsorship places your business contact information & logo on the inside of 45,000 maps.

PREMIER: $550

A Premiere Sponsorship will afford your business more visibility with contact information directly on the back of each of the 45,000 maps and a point for your business so that patrons may find you directly!

IMAGE SUBMISSION AND SPECIFICATIONS

A thumbnail image to accompany your listing is included in the price. Images must be submitted with the application form. Acceptable image formats are .jpg or .pdf and must be at least 300dpi and no larger than 5mb or 4"x5".

PROOFING

Sponsors will have the opportunity to edit listings before the Arts Map goes to press. Please mark your calendars for April 13th - proofing will take place at the Hardy Gallery office at the Ephraim Village Hall between the hours of 10AM and 4PM. If you are not able to be present for physical proofing you must request to have a PDF sent via email by contacting us at 920.845.2210 or info@thehardy.org no later than March 30th. The Hardy shall NOT be responsible for advertisers who neglect to adhere to the above dates or for any errors as a result of advertisers who fail to proof their listing.

DISTRIBUTION

45,000 copies of the Door County Arts Map will be distributed throughout the peninsula, including the DCVB welcome center, PAHA arts racks, participating galleries, studios, businesses and sponsors as well as cultural events locally and statewide.

Business information, logo, and click-through to your site from www.thehardy.org.

Special recognition of your business during volunteer docent training and special events.

A display at the gallery recognizing your business and all sponsors, including logos and contact information, which will also be used to display the maps from mid-May through mid-October.

Direct, personal referrals to your business by our trained volunteer gallery docents as they give information to many of the over 13,000+ visitors to the gallery during the season.

Prominent exposure in project-specific marketing including the e-newsletter and annual report and first opportunity in subsequent years should you wish to continue.

ABOUT US:

The Hardy Gallery is among Door County’s oldest organizations promoting, fostering and supporting the local visual arts. Through our iconic dockside gallery we provide support, referral services and visibility to both emerging and established local and regional artists. In fact, we welcome over 13,000 visitors to our facility annually! The tool used by our trained volunteer docents to provide these services is our Door County Arts Map, the only publication focused solely on the promotion of the visual arts of the Door County Peninsula. This edition of this beautiful, full-color fold-out map is planned to be the same as years prior – a convenient pocket-sized brochure (8.5” x 4”) – with 45,000 copies printed. Its purpose is to drive traffic—art lovers and buyers—directly to YOU as a map sponsor!
