The Francis Hardy Center for the Arts benefits each summer by the involvement of highly motivated and enthusiastic summer interns. The college students selected for our internship in arts management are directly involved with all exhibits, events, and programs for the summer season, learning firsthand about all the facets of arts management, as well as the importance of community spirit and volunteerism in a not-for-profit organization. Such diverse opportunities are challenging, offering the intern a well-structured learning experience. This experience can have far reaching effects, personally as artists and professionally as they make future career choices.
